15'	Coin toss, signatures of the captains and coaches of both teams on the score sheet
14'	First referee whistles for the official warm-up (players wear uniforms)
12'	2nd referee collects the line up sheets of both teams
6'	Inform coaches that the official warm-up lasts for two more minutes
4'	End of official warm-up, players move to their benches

Annota­tion

General:

• Always be on time!
• Bereite dich auf jedes Spiel mental + mannschaftsbezogen vor.
• Kommuniziere mit deinem Schiedsrichterkollegen vor, während und nach dem Spiel.
• Achte darauf, dass der Schreibertisch frei von Essen und Getränken ist; die Schreiber sollten während des Spiels keine Handys benutzen!

Ab 30 Minuten vor Spielbeginn:

• Schreiber muss vor Ort sein.
• Kontrolle des Equipment anhand einer Checkliste (falls vorhanden; ansonsten Netz, Schiedsrichterstuhl, Wechseltafeln, Bänke etc.).
• Kontrolle der Meldeliste (Datum der Spielberechtigung), Ausweise und der Trainerlizenzen durch beide Schiedsrichter.
• Absprache mit Sprecher bezüglich Vorstellung Spieler, Musik während des Spiels, usw.
• Regelung der finanziellen Angelegenheiten (rechtzeitig VOR dem Spiel).
