* Ein Hinterspieler greift einen Ball an, wobei er aus der 3-Meter-Zone abspringt und den Ball vollständig über Netzkante spielt.
* A back-row player attacks a ball, taking off from the front zone and completing an attack.
* Ein Ball, der vom Libero in der Vorderzone mit beiden Händen im oberen Zuspiel zugespielt wurde, wird vollständig über der Netzkante angegriffen.
* A ball that has been passed by the libero in the front zone with an overhand finger pass and any player completes an attack higher than the top of the net.
* Ein Libero spielt den Ball vollständig oberhalb der Netzkante zum Gegner.
- A libero plays the ball completely above the edge of the net to his opponent.

Angriff

Any action in which the ball directed to the opponent, except service and block.

An attack is considered completed at the moment when the ball has completely crossed the vertical plane of the net or is touched by an opponent.

Attack faults

The following actions are considered attack faults:

  • A back-row player attacks a ball, taking off from the front zone and completing an attack.
  • A ball that has been passed by the libero in the front zone with an overhand finger pass and any player completes an attack higher than the top of the net.

- A libero plays the ball completely above the edge of the net to his opponent.
